WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO 11 AM EST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
  of up to one inch and ice accumulations of a light glaze are
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and northern New Jersey and
  southeast Pennsylvania, including the Philadelphia metropolitan
  area.

* WHEN...Precipitation is expected to begin as snow late tonight
  before transitioning to a wintry mix of sleet and freezing rain
  during or just after the morning commute on Wednesday.
  Precipitation should change to rain from southeast to northwest
  between 9 and 11 AM.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions for the
  morning commute on Wednesday.
