Winter Weather Advisory up for Northern Counties including UPPER BUCKS

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM NOON TUESDAY TO 10 AM
EST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions. Total
  snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northern New Jersey and southeast
  Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday morning. While some
  light snow or flurries may develop during the day Tuesday, the
  heaviest snow will fall Tuesday night. There may be some melting
  on treated pavement during the daylight hours.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for reduced visibilities at
  times, mainly Tuesday night. Temperatures after the snow on
  Wednesday will still be near freezing with a hard freeze
  following Wednesday night.
