* WHAT…Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 40 to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE…Portions of central, northern, northwest and southern New Jersey, east central, northeast and southeast Pennsylvania, northeast Maryland and central, northern and southern Delaware.

* WHEN…From 9 AM to 7 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Winds will quickly increase Thursday morning in the wake of a cold front and remain strong and gusty through the afternoon before diminishing in the evening.

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.

A Winter Storm will bring a mix bag of weather to the area on Saturday. We could see accumulating snowfall before changing over to a wintery mix than rain later in the afternoon. Our first call will be released later tonight.

For the last few days long range models have been hinting at a storm around the 18th/19th timeframe. Indicators are there for a storm, few things look to be in place. The NWS Storm Prediction Center has placed parts of the area in a Marginal threat for severe weather this afternoon/late tonight. Late this evening a line of showers and some thunderstorms may move across the region. Gusty winds near 45 mph will be possible with and just behind this line of showers and thunderstorms.

* WHAT…Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.

* WHERE…Portions of central, northern and northwest New Jersey and east central, northeast and southeast Pennsylvania.

* WHEN…From 4 AM to 1 PM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS…Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Winds will increase behind a line of showers with embedded thunderstorms Sunday morning. The strongest wind gusts are expected within a few hours after daybreak on Sunday. Winds will diminish into the afternoon.
