The National Weather Service has issued a TORNADO WATCH for parts of DE, DC, MD, NJ, PA, VA, WV until 6 PM EDT this evening.
The risk for damaging gusts and possibly a tornado or two will seemingly increase as storms develop through midday into the early afternoon.
