Traffic Advisory: Biden in town this afternoon plan for delays on the Blvd

This afternoon Biden will be in town. According to his scheduled released by the White House, he will be landing at PHL around 12:55pm then traveling to Northeast Phila Airport. Expect traffic delays around Northeast airport then down the BLVD as Biden will be speaking at the Finishing Trades Institute off of the Roosevelt Blvd around 230pm this afternoon.
