BREAKING: American Airlines jet colloids with US Military Helicopter outside Reagan National Airport.

UPDATE: There are reports of 60 passengers with 5 crew members. The Service members in the Black Hawk helicopter are unknown at this time.

The DC Fire and EMS Department confirmed in a post on X that a small aircraft went down in the Potomac River vicinity near Reagan National Airport, adding that fireboats were on the scene.

It appears that an American Airlines Regional Jet has hit a Military Helicopter, it appears that both had crashed into the Potomac River.
